- Rosetta Thurman is a young nonprofit professional of color working and living in the Washington, DC area. She's admittedly an idealist, and came to the nonprofit sector to help change the world. Rosetta received an undergraduate degree in English and an MSA in Organizational Management with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. She's been working and volunteering in the nonprofit community for six years and her experience includes fundraising, human resources, financial management, communications, and education/training.
